Thank you for supporting our hand-poured candle business! Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If your product(s) arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage from the shipping. We will gladly offer a replacement for the damaged item.
